Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it recently represented the investors and lenders, including J.P. Morgan and BNP Paribas, in connection with a 4(a)(2) private placement of approximately $300 million of senior secured notes and a letter of credit facility for the financing of the Mesa La Paz energy project in Mexico.
